The Chico Music Calendar Project

Chico Music Calendar is a drum, dance, DJ and band driven event calendar as part of a larger project supporting the local music community for this region of Northern California. This website shares an event calendar with an artist-centric approach and a viable touchpoint for artists, dancers, drummers, DJs and musicians of all stripes to reach audiences and gain fans.

The focus on the front of the website is the artist and the goals for the back end are to serve multiple groups of interest that support the arts community; photographers, web developers, writers and other creative types can share their work and hone their craft all in the support of artists in our community.

The site will host an event calendar and we share video, image galleries on chicomusicscene.com as well as links to videos from past performances. The Chico Music Calendar project seeks to provide long term support for the region’s music community sustained by a non-profit that offers opportunities and scholarships for artists.
